Morning:
- Welcome and Overview: agenda, objectives, and setting expectations.
- Laying the Foundations: assessment, discovery, and understanding the real needs of who you serve. This exercise is HUGE and the framework I'll be sharing with you will ensure your voice and message are effective, aligned and fully heard amidst endless noise and distractions.
- Discover how to network, build strategic relationships, and position yourself to attract the opportunities you want (this module is great for introverts) You’ll discover where to hang out both online and offline, how to build your power posse, and which platforms deliver the best ROI. Once again, you’ll be given a framework to implement everything you’ve learned both strategically and efficiently, along with proven tools and done-for-you scripts that you can start using right away.
- Determining what you Stand for: examining narrative identities in business, your strengths and weaknesses, creating your value proposition and messaging. your mission, vision and values statements, your unique voice and style and defining your 'why.'
- Creating Trust and Credibility: understanding trust + trustworthiness, assessing your credibility, discovering which communication platforms suit your needs, plus how to get the most out of them so you achieve your objectives.
Afternoon:
- Getting your message right: everyone has to pitch whether it's for a new project, business opportunity, budget and so on. Here you'll learn about different pitches and the essential ingredients for a magnetic pitch.
- Optimising your Profile: a review of your online profile and my top tips for using the major online communication platforms as well as your own organisation's, all within time constraints.
- Showcasing your Voice: getting your voice out there, demonstrating your thought leadership, and dealing with the imposter syrndrome, confidence issues, and comments (including online trolling).
- Metrics: understanding what you really need to measure, and what's working for you.
